Design & Production Process

At Nexx Gen Marketing, it is important to us that our clients fully understand our production process from start to finish, for each and every project we undertake. Whether it be a simple website, promotional video, complex animation, or a combination of all, our proven production process ensures both open lines of communication throughout the life cycle of your project, as well as timely delivery of an exceptional product.

1 Consultation

The first step is the initial consultation, at which time our team will determine precisely what it is that you need to effectively market your product or service. There is no charge for the initial consultation, and can be accomplished over the phone or in our North Phoenix office.

2 Contract & Deposit

Following the initial consultation, we will provide an estimate with an itemized list of services & deliverables for your project. Once the overall project cost and deliverables are agreed upon, both parties will sign a contract which precisely entails the breadth of the project. A 50% project is required at this time to secure a slot in our production schedule, and once secured, your project is officially launched.

3 Conceptual Design

Upon project launch, we will begin the conceptual design process. Whether it be a website, video or graphic design-related project, it is at this stage that we work closely with you to develop the desired artistic direction, flow of content, and/or initial scripts & storyboards. Upon the pre-determined 1st milestone date, set forth in the contract, we will submit all conceptual artwork & initial creative content for review.

4 Production

Upon approval and your sign off of the design proofs, initial copy/scripts, and/or storyboards, in which is required for production to continue (design or content changes or additions after the first milestone date may incur additional costs), production will continue until project completion - the final milestone date set forth in the contract.

5 (Websites Only) Client Training for Website Maintenance

Once your website is complete and approved, if you would like to maintain and edit your website yourself, we can show you how to log in, make edits and updates, as well as any other functions that you’d like to perform. We can do this over the phone, in a face-to-face meeting, or with our easy-to-use online tutorials that you can save for future reference.

6 Project Completion & Final Payment

Once your project is complete, the final project payment is due. Upon payment receipt, we will then provide you with all of the deliverables, and/or launch your website.
